One of our premium signature drinks. We started off with a red Domaine de Cristia, Côtes du Rhône from 2016. Sensuelle, ample, veloutée et puissante. We added some “Pomme de #bretagne” and some P&M Vintage whisky 40% from Corsica. Then we felt like it was a good time to use one of our own gin infusions with herbes de provences. Finishing off with some simple syrup and fresh lime juice and topping it with mint leaves and a raspberry. One of the most classy French cocktails, no doubt.
